These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mahfooz Trading website and the wholesale grocery supply we offer. By using this website or placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to these terms.

About Mahfooz Trading

Mahfooz Trading is a wholesale grocery business supplying quality grocery products and essential goods to businesses, retailers and wholesale customers. We operate from Allandale Exchange, Unit 87, 917 Morkels Close, Halfway House, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 1685.

Use of this website

This website is provided so that you can learn about Mahfooz Trading, view our product range and contact us by telephone. It is not an online shop. You cannot complete a purchase, make a payment or submit an order through the website.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse its content, systems or branding.

Product information

The products shown on this website describe our wholesale grocery range, including staples, rice and grains, flour, sugar, cooking oils, canned and packaged foods, beverages, snacks and household essentials.

Descriptions, pack sizes and availability may change as stock moves. Images are for general illustration of the product type. Please call us to confirm current stock, pack sizes, brands and specifications before you order.

Wholesale pricing

Wholesale prices are not displayed on the website. Pricing is quoted when you call us and may vary according to quantity, customer type, order size and product availability. A price quoted by telephone is valid only for the period we state at the time, or until stock or market conditions change if no period is stated.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. An order is only accepted when Mahfooz Trading confirms it.

Orders

Wholesale orders are placed by calling Mahfooz Trading. When you order, you confirm that you are ordering for a business or wholesale purpose and that the information you give us is accurate.

We may accept or decline an order, including where a product is out of stock or a quoted price is no longer available. Once we confirm an order, that confirmation, together with these terms, forms the agreement for that supply.

Payment, collection and delivery

Payment terms, collection arrangements and any delivery charges are agreed when you place the order. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, goods remain our property until paid for in full, and risk in the goods passes to you on collection or on delivery to the address you provide.

You are responsible for inspecting goods on receipt and for storing food and grocery products in suitable conditions after collection or delivery.

Quality and complaints

We supply grocery products and essential goods intended for wholesale trade. If goods are damaged, short-supplied or not as confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible on +27 78 815 7329 or mahfooz@mahfooztrading.co.za so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, replace the goods or adjust the invoice.

We are not responsible for loss arising from how goods are stored, handled or resold after they leave our control, except where South African law does not allow that limitation.

Intellectual property

The Mahfooz Trading name, logo, lion crest, website design and content belong to Mahfooz Trading. You may not copy, modify or use them for any other business without our written permission.

Website disclaimer

We take care to keep the website accurate, but product listings, images and other information may not always reflect live warehouse stock. The website is provided as a general guide. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Always confirm details with us by telephone before ordering.

The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Mahfooz Trading is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, arising from use of the website or from a wholesale supply, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Our liability for a confirmed order is limited to the value of the goods concerned, or to replacement of those goods, at our election, unless the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the website or from wholesale supply by Mahfooz Trading.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Confirmed orders already placed remain subject to the terms in force when we accepted them, unless we both agree otherwise.
